RECOVERY FROM AN AUTOCUTTER ERROR

A.1

If You Can Open the Roll Paper Cover



If a foreign object such as a push pin or paper clip drops in the autocutter and causes the autocutter to lock up,

the printer enters an error state and begins the recovery operation automatically.



If the problem is not serious, the autocutter recovers and returns to its normal position.



If the error cannot be resolved even after recovery operations, open the roll paper cover, remove any foreign

objects or paper jams, set the roll paper, then close the roll paper cover.

A.2

Turn the printer off then on again.
