3. NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICE TECHNICIANS

Service technicians who carry out repairs and servicing work on the EMP-S4 must possess the
following knowledge and abilities:

•

The service technician must have read and fully understood the contents of the User's
Guide, especially projector operation.

•

The service technician must have a fundamental knowledge of working with electricity,
including safety procedures, knowledge regarding electrical circuits, and knowledge
regarding static electricity.

4. Others

•

Any questions regarding repairs and service to this projector (such as supply of parts and
the contents of this Service Manual) should be directed to EPSON at the address below.
Furthermore, information regarding matters such as technical changes to the projector
are released when necessary in the form of Technical Information bulletins, and these
should be referred to also.
