Troubleshooting

Cannot project with Quick Wireless Connection

Trouble with the USB key for Quick Wireless Connection

Check

Remedy

Is the wireless LAN unit connected?

Check that the supplied wireless LAN unit is securely connected.

Is the projector turned on?

Turn on your projector.

Is the projector information stored in the USB key?

First store the projector information in the USB key, then connect the USB key to your computer.

Is the USB key for Quick Wireless Connection
connected to your computer?

Connect the USB key to the computer. If the USB key is already connected, disconnect once and then
reconnect it.
If projection fails even then, the information stored in the USB key may have been erased. Access the Epson
website for recovery. Go to

http://www.epson.com

and select the support section of your local Epson Web

site.

Have you changed the projector settings after you
stored the projector information in the USB key?

Store the projector information again in the USB key.
Then connect the USB key to the computer.

Check

Remedy

While projector information was being stored in the
USB key, was there any message, saving or finished,
displayed on the screen?

If any message was not displayed, the stored information in the USB key may have been erased. Access the
Epson website for recovery. Go to

http://www.epson.com

and select the support section of your local Epson

Web site.
