Action:
1.
Check the
RTRPE Sensor
(
Rear Tractor Paper Empty Sensor
).
2.
Replace the
ROM Board
.
Paper not loaded or ejected
Action:
1.
Perform the TOF Sensor Sensitivity Adjustment
2.
Replace the
TOF Sensor
(part of the
Card Guide Assy
).
3.
Check the
TPE Sensor
(
Top Paper Empty Sensor
), and its connection to Connector CNTPE on the
Sensor
Board
. If necessary, replace the
TPE Holder Board
.
4.
Check all cable connections on the
Sensor Board
.
5.
Replace the
ROM Board
.
Line spacing is too narrow
Action:
1.
Verify that the paper is within specifications for the printer.
2.
Check for obstructions in the paper path causing excessive drag
3.
Check and if necessary replace the
LF Motor
.
4.
Replace the
Power Unit
.
5.
Replace the
ROM Board
.
