4.2 Throttle Operation
4.2.1 Power Adjusting
Side Mount Control is used to adjust the input power of the motor. When
the battery is properly connected, power on the motor, and then start the
Side Mount Control. When the throttle is in the neutral position, first pull the
handle away from its base plate along a horizontal direction, then rotate the
handle forward or backward to increase the power. Please refer to figure
4-1 and 4-2. When the throttle returns to the neutral position, it will lock
automatically. Then need to pull out to continue turning the throttle.
Before power on the Side Mount Control, please reset the throttle to the
neutral position. If you find a flickering “RESET” on the display, you are
reminded to reset the throttle to the neutral position.
The handle is locked only in the neutral position, there is no need to pull
the handle towards outside once it's not in the neutral position.
