Step 5 - Once you reach the “Run Time System Control
Screen” press the “Start” button

The burner will begin its start sequence and will attempt to
establish a flame on “
Pump Pressure (bar)
” Setting

At this point open the pressure gauge manifold port to
bleed any air from the fuel pump. If the burner does not
successfully establish pump pressure then close the pres-
sure gauge manifold to stop air from venting back into the
oil supply. Then try again to bleed the air from the pump by
resetting the burner (Press “Start”) and repeat the proce-
dure above.
DO NOT Repeat this more than 3 times as the pump
may be running dry.
Please note that the fuel pump is not designed to vent
all the air from the pipework/fuel supply tank.
It is advised to use a priming pump to prime the fuel
through to the pump/de-aerator first.
