4. Convert the existing pilot orifice with the one provided in this kit using a 7/16 inch wrench. Remove the pilot
head and replace the orifice insert.
5. Reassemble pilot head in proper orientation (see Figure 12). Be sure not to overtighten pilot, if head does
not reach the proper orientation in the snug position then contact your Enviro dealer.

2. Remove surround panel, door cover, glass door, front
burner, and rear burner (see M

section of Owner’s Manual ).
3. Convert the existing burner orifices with the ones
provided in this kit using a 3/8 inch deep socket.
WARNING: BE SURE TO INSTALL THE CORRECT
ORIFICE INTO THE CORRECT PORT
