Enter the LAN IP Address of the RoamAbout R1. The default is 192.168.123.254.

5.

Enter lp for the queue name. 

6.

Click Verify to ensure a connection is made, then click OK. 

7.

Go to the File menu and select Save. 

8.

Enter a name and location for the desktop printer icon and click OK. 

9.

Set your printing options by highlighting the Desktop Printer icon and select Change 
Setup from the Printing Menu.

10.

Repeat Steps 1-9 on all of the Mac OS computers on your network. 

UNIX

You can use the LPR protocol to access the RoamAbout R1 Print Server. The UNIX 
station configuration must correct. The R1 printer server 

queue name is lpt1.
