Obtaining the security key via the product DMC code
Each ExRPB product is marked using a DMC code on its product label was described in
chapter 5.2. The security key is encoded in the “Z” field.
B.1.3.3
Obtaining the security key via a commissioning telegram
PTM 215B modules can send dedicated commissioning telegrams that identify their security
key. Transmission of such commissioning telegrams can be triggered by means of a specific
button sequence as described in chapter 5.3.
Note that this feature can be disabled via the NFC commissioning interface by setting the
Disable Radio Commissioning
flag in the
Configuration
register to
0b1
(see chapter 6.7.6).
The resulting commissioning telegram has the following payload:
