Switching off:
1. Press the on/off switch (2) until the temperature indicator (1) goes off.
2. During breaks in work, use the support (12) to place the glue gun on the flat and stable
table or surface.
3. Allow the appliance to cool down fully before storing it.
Automatic switch off
1. The glue gun switches it off automatically after 10 mins to save the energy. Switch
the glue gun back on. Check the temperature indicator (1) and the battery capacity
indicator (3) to see whether the appliance needs to be recharged or heated further.
2. To save the energy, do not switch the appliance on unless you plan to use it.
Gluing
∫ Pulling the trigger (6) to regulate the flow of the glue in accordance with your
requirements.
∫ Apply the glue in spots. For flexible materials, such as textiles, apply for the glue in
zigzag lines.
∫ Press the two workpieces to be bonded together immediately after applying the glue
and hold for about 30 seconds. The glued bond is ready after about 5 minutes.
∫ During breaks in work, use the support (12) to place the glue gun on the flat and stable
table or surface.
∫ Remove any glue residue after it has cooler down with a sharp knife. Bonded joints can
be released by heating.
CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
∫ Ask the service centre to carry out any work that is not described in these
instructions.
∫ Use only original parts.
∫ Before you begin any work on the device, make sure the on/off switch (2) is off
∫ Risk of burns and electric shock
The following cleaning and servicing should be done regularly. This will ensure a long and
reliable service life.
Cleaning
Do not spray the appliance with water and do not immerse it in water. Electric shock
hazard!
Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
