3.3.6 Restore Default
Move the pointer to the (RESTORE DEFAULT) in the Main Menu, click the
【
HOME
】
and enter the (RESTORE
DEFAULT) as follows:
Restore default: options: yes/no; after restoring default, the video format won’t be restored.
Note: If the address of the former remoter is not 1, but another one from 2, 3, and 4, the corresponding camera
address will go back to 1 when all parameters or system parameters are restored. The user should change the
remote controller address to 1 (press No. 1 according to the camera to get normal operation).
4. Serial Communication Control
Under common working condition, the camera could be controlled through RS232C/RS485
interface(VISCA IN),RS232C serial parameter are as follows:
Baud rate: 2400/4800/9600/115200 bits / sec; Start bit: 1; data bits: 8; Stop bit: 1; Parity: None.
After turning the power on, the camera will first go to the left and then back to the middle position. The self-
test is finished after the zoom is moved to the farthest and then back to the nearest position. If the camera
saved 0 preset before, it will go back to that position after the initialization. At this point, the user can control
the camera by the serial commands.
