4 Customized Configuration

The Router can be configured in two different ways using the web-browser. This
chapter describes the steps necessary to customize the settings of the router.

This configuration type is called

Customized Configuration

. To create a typical

configuration (setup wizard) refer to the pervious chapter.

4.1 Logging

In

To configure the Router through the web-browser, enter the IP address of the Router
(default: 192.168.1.254) into the address bar of the web-browser, and press

Enter

.

You will then see the login page. Enter

admin

as the password and then click on the

Login

button.

After successfully logging in, you will see the following menu. Select

Customized

Configuration

.

Typical Configuration

: Provides a step-by-step setup wizard to guide you

through the basic settings of the router. After completing the steps, the Router
will be able to connect to the ISP.
