 is tied to GND.  Note that the GPIO and 

serial port lines should not have any voltage on them, with 

PWR_CTL_SIGNAL

 tied to GND the system will startup 

even if there is a voltage on the lines, but it is not preferred.  This mode will NOT allow for the RTC sleep to function.
