Level and phase
control (A, B)
For
camera package
LEVEL
potentio-
meter control
IRIS
VKC-1324/WDDG1/2
VKC-1326/WDDG1/2
VKC-1327/WDDG1/2
VKC-1414/WDDG1/2
Iris control. Correct using potentiometer control for very
over-exposed images or where the contrast is too low.
Adjust using test image (min. 3,000Lux) and oscilloscope
to 1Vp-p signal.
PHASE
potentio-
meter control for
vertical phase
PHASE
VKC-1326/WDDG1/2
VKC-1327/WDDG1/2
Potentiometer control to adjust the phase for mains
synchronisation.
Adjustment to the same phasing when using several
cameras avoids disruptive post-synchronisation of the
monitor when using video change-over switches
(only possible with models with AC supply voltage).
DSS, digital slow
shutter and
integrated picture
store (C)
For
camera package:
VKC-1326/WDDG1/2
The DSS (Digital Slow Shutter) can be activated or
deactivated using
SW1
. When the DSS is activated, the
number of pictures to be saved (x 8/x 16, integrated
picture store) can be set using
SW2
.
SW1
up (NOR)
NOR (off)
DSS deactivated, i.e. the dome camera acts like a normal
camera.
SW1
down (ON)
DSS (ON)
In this DIP switch position, the digital slow shutter is
activated (i.e. when the light intensity decreases, the slow
shutter is started (the video level rises).
SW2
up (SW1
must be at DSS)
x32
Digital slow shutter with 16 x picture store
SW2
down (SW1
must be at DSS)
x16
Digital slow shutter with 8 x picture store
DN, day/night
switch, IR mode
(C)
For
camera package:
VKC-1326WDDG1/2
Day/night switch SW1 can be set to ON (DN) or OFF (NOR).
The IR cut filter SW2 may be moved to ON (IR) or OFF
(NOR).
SW1
up (NOR)
NOR (off)
In the NOR (up) setting, the camera works like a normal
camera and does not change to night mode.
