Day & Night
The IR cut filter prevents infrared (IR) light from reaching the image sensor.
In poor lighting conditions, for example at night, or when using an IR lamp, set the
mode to Night. This increases light sensitivity and allows the product to “see” infrared
light. The image is shown in black and white when the mode is Night.
If using Automatic Exposure control, set the mode to ‘Automatic’ to automatically
switch between Day and Night according to the lighting conditions.
> Mode:
Configure as one of Automatic, Day, Night or External mode. The default setting
is depending on the camera types. ‘Automatic’ is for Non LED type and ‘External’
is for built-in in LED type.
> Switching Time:
Configure the switching time of an IR cut filter transition for the specified dwell time
from the point of transition detection.
> Threshold [D->N] :
Sets the threshold level switching from DAY(color) to NIGHT(B/W).
Setting low level makes camera entered NIGHT at lower light level.
> Threshold [N->D] :
Sets the threshold level switching from NIGHT(B/W) to DAY(color).
Setting high level makes camera entered NIGHT at lower light level.
> Lens Calibration: It is necessary during the installation and when focus become
out of control by the shock or vibration.
> Enable Day & Night syncfocus: Enable only set to Manual mode.
It is used to compensate the focusing automatically when the screen is out of
focus by COLOR or BW switching.
Notice : Not checking in too dark light condition all day, it may occur the focusing
is working wrong.
