The frequency can be read off in the centre part of the dis-
play.
If the EMERGENCY-STOP button is pressed a fault mes-
sage is displayed on the upper right in the display.

Start generator with E-MCS 5.0
The following requirements must be met:
checked and tested for electrical safety
there must be fuel in the tank.
an adequate oil level (for this, see the motor's operating
and maintenance manual
(see Figure 1-1-(2))

Adequate ventilation must always be available
Appliances switched off or disconnected

Press the “START” button
(Figure 11-1)
once. The E-MCS
5.0 is started. (This is only necessary when the power
supply was interrupted or the E-MCS 5.0 is in Sleep
mode).

Press the START button
(Figure 11-1)
a second time; the
green LED begins to flash.
3.
The engine starts after the preheating phase.
The engine has started.
The electrical devices can be connected and/or hooked up
after a warming-up phase of about one minute.
The generator cannot be started manually in AUTO mode.
AUTO mode is only needed for a radio impulse remote start
or remote start with cable remote operation.
