WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS:
• Do NOT try lighting any appliance.
• Do NOT touch any electrical switch; do
NOT use any phone in your building.
• Immediately call your gas supplier from a
neighbor’s phone.
• Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.
• If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call
the fire department.

by a qualified installer, service agency or
gas supplier.

1. Shut off gas to appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. If odor continues, keep away from the
appliance and immediately call your gas
supplier or your fire department.

2. An LP-cylinder not connected for use shall
not be stored in the vicinity of this or any

For installation in Canada - these instructions, while generally acceptable, do not necessarily comply
with the Canadian installation codes, particularly with piping above and below ground . In Canada the
installation of this appliance must comply with local codes and/or standard CAN/CGA B149 .1 (installation
code for propane burning appliances and equipment) .
