Canceling a print job
To cancel a job that has been sent to the printer:
1. Press the Power button
.
2. Delete the file from the computer's print queue.
3. Press the Power button
again.
Using the software control panel
The software control panel lets you perform these utility functions:
•
Move media forward and backward
•
Choose the media size
•
Cut media
•
Prime and access cartridges
•
Check and reset ink levels
•
Calibrate cartridges
Note
: the Windows 3.x and Macintosh control panel tab names,
contents, and features are slightly different.
The printer driver controls printing functions such as setting the print
quality, media and ink used, etc. The use of these functions is
described in your printer driver on-line help. When you change settings
in the control panel, always press the Apply button (or Apply Settings
for Windows 3.x).
