To load sheet media:
Sheet media can be fed manually from the front or back. If roll media
is installed, remove it before proceeding.
1. In the printer driver, select Manual Feed and set the appropriate sheet
size. (In the Windows 3.x driver, you can choose Roll Feed Mode by
checking the box on the Plotter tab. When the box is unchecked, you
can use sheet media.)
2. Position one sheet of media in the slot, aligning it with the alignment
guide. The sheet must contact the pinch rollers for the media to load.
3. Press the Load Media button.
