4.5 – FACTORY RESET
To perform a factory reset on the printer, follow these steps:
1. The printer should be OFF and the cover OPEN.
2. Press and hold FEED/LINE.
3. Press and release POWER.
4. While the LED is SOLID RED , release FEED/LINE.
5. Wait at least 5 seconds.
6. Press and release FEED/LINE twice. The LED should be B - L - I - N - K -
I - N - G RED / GREEN.
7. Press and hold FEED/LINE until the LED turns off, then release.
8. Close the cover.
9. When the LED is B-L-I-N-K-I-N-G GREEN , the factory reset is
complete.
10. Turn the power off, then back on, and perform a Reset and
Reinitialize (see Section 4.4 above).
