1. Safety System
This pressure cooker has four different properties:
One-hand-locking mechanism facilitates closing of the pressure cooker.
The lid can be placed and locked on the cooker in any position. Therefore,
it can slightly be rotated at any time; unlike the other pressure cookers
it does not require locking at special position. Pressure regulator valve is
used to set the desired cooking degree. Pressure regulator valve ensures that
no excessive pressure is developed in the cooker. Besides, pressure valve
prevents the lid from opening accidentally when the cooker is pressurized.
2. Properties
Quality
This pressure cooker is made of 18/10 stainless steel. Side handles of the
pressure cooker are made of heat-resistant silicon coated stainless steel
material. Full-automatic mechanism ensures easy and comfortable use of the
pressure cooker.
Efficiency
When the required pressure is reached, energy saving is ensured by reducing
the heat on the stove and decreasing the heat input.
