3. DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
AND THEIR OPERATION
Parameters:
T_defrosting_forced = 180 minutes - forced defrosting
time
T_defrosting = 5 °C - allowed defrost limit
The factory setting of the temperature is 55 °C and 60%
of ventilation
Turning the machine on / off
- after connection to the power supply, the display lights
up and shows only field 9
- if the display is not touched for 1 minute, the
illumination switches off
- if the unlit display is touched anywhere, it will light up
- switching on is possible by touching the field 9 only
with the illuminated display
- after switching on, an external temperature control is
always performed
- during operation, the display illumination turns off if it
is not touched for 1 minute
- when the display is not illuminated all the fields are
active
- switching off is possible at any time by pressing the
field 9 for a long time
- after switching off the machine, the lighting is
switched off and only the field 9 remains lit.
Input air temperature control
- switching on the fan, the symbol (20) is shown for 1
minute
a) if after 1 minute T4> -7 °C, switching on of the
"normal operating mode"
b) if after 1 minute T4 <-7 °C, switching on the "backup
operating mode", switching off the fan and the
symbol (20)
- when switching to backup mode due to the external
temperature too low, the possibility to switch to
normal operating mode is checked every 2 hours by
turning on the fan for 3 minutes
- if the condition to go to normal mode is satisfied, this
step occurs and at the same time the backup mode
ends.
Normal operating mode
- in case of heating need, the fan switches on for 1
minute before the compressor starts
- Compressor ignition
- the maximum temperature level of the normal
operating mode is 55 °C
- in case the temperature is higher than 55 °C
the changeover to the backup operating mode occurs
at 55 °C
- During operation, the temperature on the sensors (T4)
and (T5) is checked, for the transition to defrost mode:
a) when the defrost condition T4
≤
_ T_ is satisfied,
defrosting begins
b) If the defrost is not required by the temperature, the
forced defrost starts after the end of the defrosting
time T
Operating mode backup
- water heating with electric resistors
- the maximum temperature level is 75 °C
Defrost mode
- fields 2,4,6,11,13,15 are disabled on the LCD panel
- before entering the defrost mode, the compressor
must work a minimum of time in the heating mode
- switching on the 4-way valve, switching off the fan,
displaying the symbol 19
- monitoring of the temperature on the T5 sensor
follows
a) If T5
≥
15 °C, the 4-way valve and the compressor
switch off and the evaporator drainage time begins
b) At the end of the drain time, the forced defrost
variable _T returns to the initial value, the defrost
mode switches off and the normal operating mode
is switched on
- if after 20 minutes the condition T5

15 °C has not
yet been satisfied, the compressor switches off
- after 5 minutes the compressor switches on again
- monitoring of the temperature on the T5 sensor
follows
a) If T5
