Connect the unit as shown in the appropriate diagram, Section 3.2.1 or 3.2.2.
Ensure the battery supply is of the correct polarity, and that the battery
negative rail is grounded. The connectors can be unplugged from the rear of
the unit for convenience and to speed up installation.
