Preparation

Lift the clamp handles to release and open the
toggle clamps.

Remove the cell lid taking care not to damage
the o-ring.

Cell lid

O-ring

The two cell mirrors can be seen at opposite
ends of the analysis cell as shown.

The cell mirror is recessed back into the ends of
the analysis cell, making it difficult to see when
cleaning.

Note

The cell mirror coating is delicate and highly
reflective. Excessive force

WILL

permanently

damage the mirror coating putting the leak
detector out of operation.

ONLY

trained operators should perform this

task.
