Water Heater: 1-year warranty

Full Water Heater Warranty
Full One-Year Warranty. InSin k Erator warrant s that the water heater will be free from defect s
in material or wor k man s hip for a period of one (1) year after date of original in s tallation. If
during thi s one-year period, the water heater i s found to have any s uch defect, InSin k Erator
will repair or replace it at no charge.
Limitations. The warranty on any replacement water heater furni s hed under thi s warranty will
be limited to the unexpired term of thi s warranty.
Conditions and Exceptions. Thi s warranty s hall apply only if: the water heater i s in s talled
according to the in s tallation in s truction s provided by u s and in accordance with local
plumbing, building and electrical code s ; the water heater ha s a properly in s talled and rated
temperature and pre ss ure relief valve, certified by the American Ga s A ss ociation; the water
pre ss ure in the tan k ha s not exceeded the wor k ing pre ss ure s hown on the tan k label; the tan k
i s u s ed in a non-corro s ive and non-contaminated atmo s phere and ha s been u s ed only with
potable water and the water heater ha s been in s talled in the continental United State s ,
including Hawaii and Ala sk a. Any accident to the water heater, any mi s u s e (including having
been operated without water in the tan k ) or abu s e (including freezing) and any alteration s ,
modification s or attempt s to repair tan k lea ks by per s on other than authorized InSin k Erator
s ervice repre s entative s , will void the warranty.

but not limited to water damage, lo s e of u s e of the unit, lo ss or damage to other per s onal
property or per s onal injury. Some s tate s do not allow the exclu s ive or limitation of incidental
or con s equential damage s , s o the above limitation or exclu s ion may not apply to you. Thi s
warranty give s you s pecific legal right s , and you may have other right s which vary from
State to State.
