replace the filter according to its dust and clogging condition. During using period, the filter should be checked once a
month and replaced as required.
Cut off the power before replacing the filter. Clear the fan operating time after replacing the filter.
7.6 Fan Kit Maintenance Guidance
EC fan
The regular checking including motor operating status, fan impeller state, fan kit fixation and cooperation clearance
between the fan and the wind-leading ring.
Check if the fan and the wind-leading ring are firmly installed, and eliminate the possibility that the fan blades may hit
the adjacent metal plates. Meanwhile, clear the clogging element of air duct if there is any, to avoid damage to the
refrigerating system and other system kit caused by reduced air volume.
The EC fan of CR025 unit needs 220Vac input power and the EC fan of CR035 unit needs 380Vac input power,
meanwhile, the EC fan uses the 0 ~ 10V DC analog signal outputted by the control board for speed regulation. When
the EC fan is abnormal or does not rotate, please pay attention to the analog signal and the main power supply.
In addition, the fan fault alarm of the control board and the alarm point of the EC fan are connected in series, when
the rotating speed of the EC fan is abnormal, the unit will generate an EC fan fault alarm.
Note
Turn off the unit / Fan before replacing the filter.
The speed regulating control board of the outdoor EC fan has a risk of strong electric shock; it is strictly
prohibited from touching it when the power is on.
During the unit operating period, it is strictly prohibited from touching the fan mesh enclosure, to prevent
mechanical damage caused by fan operation.
7.7 Electrode Humidifier Maintenance Guidance
7.7.1 Electrode Humidifier Operation Guidance
The humidifier kit consists of a bracket (including water pressure components, such as inlet solenoid valve and outlet
solenoid valve), humidifier canister, humidification control board CP2 (located in a metal box close to the humidifier,
including a current transducer TAM), water in pipe, drainage pipe and steam pipe, as shown in Figure 7-2.

The micro-processing controller calculates whether the humidification is required according to the temperature and
humidity values from the THS. If a call for humidification is registered, the micro-processing controller will send a
humidification command to the humidification control board, and provide 24V power to it. Then the humidification
