15. Troubleshooting
Problem
Potential cause
Remedy
Red LED lights and a tone sounds 12
times in sequence. Then the green
LED blinks and a signal tone sounds
every 7 seconds.
Door for the safe is not properly closed.
Close the door properly and press
any digit button. See Section 3:

Incorrect entry of a master or user
combination or error in a programming

Check the combination. Enter a

combination will have to be entered.
Enter the second combination
within the 60-second period.
