NOTE
Damage caused by incorrect installation of the water tank!

Only insert the water tank with the cover closed.
 Only top up with soft water.
 Make sure that no dirt gets into the water tank.
3.4.2 USE OF A CONDENSATION HOOD
An optional condensation hood is available for the Eloma Backmaster. It is fully
automatic and activated by the in-store baking oven.
The steam and vapours are condensed during baking by air-cooled plate
condensers.

INFORMATION:
Further options (e.g. frames, mixed frames, consoles) are available.
3.4.3 INSTALLATION OF PROCONNECT COMMUNICATION

INFORMATION:
The device must be in standby mode. Otherwise, switch off the device.
1. Establish the communication connection between the PC and Backmaster
as a point-to-point (LAN) with the respective connection cable. –
by connecting a USB stick. –
2. Set the device address on the ProConnect to the device address of the
Backmaster:
Menu/Settings/Device address –
3. Select the appropriate connection in the ProConnect device properties,
creating a new profile as necessary.

INFORMATION:

In the setting dialogues for the device address and interface you have the
option of testing the communication.

Refer to the ProConnect instructions for further information.
3.4.4 NETWORK CONNECTION WITH A KITCHEN CONTROL SYSTEM OR BAKING
CONTROL SYSTEM
A network connection using a kitchen control system or baking control system is
possible if certain hardware and software requirements are met.

