1.2.3 Instructions and Descriptions of the Operating Company
The operating company uses the instruction manual and the operation manual
(chapter 3.3) included in the instruction manual to create operating instructions
listing additional distinctions of the operation.

documentation including all instruction manuals of the individual subsuppliers of

1.2.4 Installation Site Requirements
To install the knife grinding machine as tabletop device, a stable installation site
is required taking into account the respective weight and use.
The installation area must be plain, horizontal and easily to clean according to
the food hygiene. Above all, there must be premises to ensure the safe operation
of the knife grinding machine. Important: work in an air-dry room with low
humidity

1.2.5 Cleaning after Installation
Note
Pay attention to cleanliness.
Do not use cleaning cloths made of fibers.
Depending on the state of the knife grinding machine, a cleaning with common
cleaning cloths is sufficient. Use appropriate food-compatible cleaning agents to
remove strong stains.
Do net let cleaning agents enter the interior or the equipment and never clean
the knife grinding machine with water jets.
