Polishing
1. Before using the knife for the first time, apply a thin layer of grinding compound
on the polishing wheel. Repeat applying the grinding compound from time to
time if necessary.
Always position the edge of the blade in the direction of the arrow .
2. Polish the blade horizontally in the center of the polishing area. The blade may
only be polished finely. The grinding structure is to be maintained .
