2. Position the knife as close as possible to the handle on the knife guide (knife
guide is magnetic).
3. Align the blade horizontally.
4. Carefully push the blade down and, simultaneously, move it along the grinding
wheel.
5. Move the handle upwards to give the knife the desired shape.
6. Move the knife point horizontally away from the grinding wheel. Make sure to not
push the knife point down.
7. Repeat the grinding process on the right and left side until the knife is sharpened
(feel the fine burr). Sharpen both sides equally.
