To save the results of a visual field test Click

open up the database entry form.

Use either the on-screen keyboard or an external keyboard to enter/edit the data in the fields.

Only use the following characters: letters A-Z, numbers 0-9 and hyphen -

Notes:

Both eyes are saved in a single database record. You should, therefore, test both eyes before
clicking save unless you are intending to test only one eye or are saving the Esterman
Binocular Driving test.

The date of test, time of test, date of birth and type of test are automatically entered. The
date and time of test come from the PCs internal clock, which needs to be correctly set via
the Windows Control Panel.
