Mot. curr.
margin
1
37
Indicates the margin, expressed in tenths of
amperes, between the current absorbed by
the gearmotor at the various speeds and the
value which, if reached, blocks the machine
with display of the message “DISHES
JAMMED” on modular RT’s and “
” on compact RT’s.
Significant only if the gearmotor current was
set with the “MOTOR ADJUST” procedure.

38
The machine software can check that wash and
prewash tank filter cleaning is periodically carried
out, in order to ensure always adequate washing
and prevent water spilling from the tanks caused
by clogging of the filters.
To activate this function, it is necessary to
appropriately set two parameters: “Filter clean del.”
and “Filter clean alarm”.
The parameter “Filter clean del.” indicates the time
interval, in minutes, between the last cleaning of
filters done by the operator and the next cleaning
request signaled by a message on the display and
an audible alarm. When the filter cleaning request
message appears, the machine continues to work
normally.
The message disappears when the doors of the
wash module and prewash module (if present) are
opened for filter cleaning.
If the parameter is set to 0 (default), the cleaning
check function is disabled and the filter cleaning
request message is never displayed..

39
When the filter cleaning request message
appears, if cleaning is not carried out, after a time
equal to the value set in the parameter "Filters
clean alarm", the machine stops, the display
shows the filter cleaning request message and a
prolonged audible alarm sounds. It is necessary to
open the doors of the wash module and prewash
module (if present) and clean the filters in order to
resume the wash phase.
If the parameter is set to 0 (default), the function
for stopping the machine if filter cleaning is not
carried out when the relevant message appears, is
not enabled.
