USING THE RO 400
(H) is connected from a branch connector on the hose
between the RO 400 and the tank. In order for the
RO 400 to start instead of the tank emptying, a non-return
valve (J) is inserted between the branch connector and the
tank. Fitting a ball valve on the other side of the tank allows
the tank to be drained.
After installation
Once the RO 400 has been installed and calibrated as in the
instructions in “Installation”, the water purifier can be used.
The RO 400 is fitted with an electronic control system
which makes it easier to operate:
• The purified water quality at any one time is shown
continuously on the control panel
“purification level I” non-approved reduction efficiency
“purification level II” approved reduction efficiency
“purification level III” optimal reduction efficiency
• The control panel indicates when it is time to change
the filter.
• When it is time to clean the grid, this is indicated by the
control panel.
Built-in functions which extend the lifetime of the
membrane
• Automatic flushing after every operational cycle for
rinsing out concentrates
• Automatic flushing every 12 hours in order to replace
still water in the purifier
• An automatic 2-minute flushing operation after
15 minutes of operational time. The next 15-minute
cycle is then started.
Other information
Descale the RO 400 according to the table in the section
on “Descaling” or in case of a reduced supply of purified
water.
