11. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with

12. Always place or use the appliance on a stable, level and horizontal
surface.
13. When you have finished ironing, when you clean the appliance, when you
fill or empty the water tank and also when you leave the iron even for a
short while, set the steam control to position
, put the iron on its heel
and remove the plug from the wall socket.
14. The use of accessory which is not recommended by manufacturer may
cause injury to persons or damage to appliance.
15. Do not use outdoors.
16. Do not use the appliance or contact the main cord and plug with wet
hands.
17. Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate another high wattage appliance
on the same circuit.
2. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a 10-ampere(or above)
cord should be used, cords rated for less amperage may overheat. Care
should be taken to arrange the cord so that it cannot be pulled or tripped
over.
3. To avoid the fuse to reset due to carelessness, the appliance should not
be connected to an external switch(e.g. timer) or a device that can control
the connection and disconnection of the circuit regularly.
Operation
A. Before the first use
1. Remove any sticker or protective foil from the soleplate.
2. Fill water into the tank, heat up the iron in ●●● setting over a piece of
damp cloth for several minutes on the purpose of removing any residue
on the soleplate.
Note: It is normal that strange odor comes out from the iron for
the first use. This will cease after a short while.
