general
All commands to SMS-954 are sent via a mobile telephone as standard text messages (SMS).
All text messages have to be written with capitals (large letters) and have to comply with the
following format:

list of telephone numbers for alarms
In order to receive an alarm, e.g. in the event of a power loss, you must program in the
telephone numbers, incl. country code to which the alarm will be sent. 1-5 telephone numbers
can be stored at the same time.
SMS:
tEl1-5 XXXXXXXXXXXXX
(E.g. TEL1 00441628440170) = Telefon 1
XXXXXXXXXXXX = telephone number incl. country code (0044 for UK)
telephone number for reporting
In order for you to receive reports when the command sent has reached SMS-954, you have to
program a telephone number from the list above to which the report will be sent.
SMS:
stEl X
(E.g. STEL 1) = Telefon 1, 00441628440170
X = the telephone number from the list that will receive the report
nB:
With SMS-954, you must program the telephone number incl. country code for the country
and number to which the message will be sent (e.g. SMS: TEL1 00441628440170).
For UK users, the first zero in the telephone number has to be removed before the country code
is added.
Without country code:

With country code:
00441628440170
heating
Heating mode where the temperature can be set in steps in the range from +16 to +30ºC.
The following is used as standard for new registrations: fan speed: 3, air swing: 1
SMS:
hEat 16~30 (E.g. HEAT 23) = H23ºC
Background heating*
Mode for background heating for low temperature of +8 or +10ºC.
The following is used as standard for new registrations: fan speed: 5, air swing: 1
SMS:
hEat 8
(E.g. HEAT 8) = Background h8ºC
SMS: hEat 10 (E.g. HEAT 10) = Background h10ºC
NB! In this mode it is not possible to adjust the fan speed afterwards.
cooling
Cooling operation where the temperature can be set in steps in the range from +16 to +30ºC.
The following is used as standard for new registrations: fan speed: 3, air swing: 1
SMS:
cOOl 16~30 (E.g. COOL 17) = C17ºC
automatic mode
Automatic mode that switches between heating and cooling, where the temperature can be
regulated in steps in the range from +16 to +30ºC. A comfort mode that is used for short
periods of time. The following is used as standard for new registrations: fan speed: 3, air
swing: 1
SMS:
autO 16~30 (E.g. AUTO 20) = Cooling/h20ºC
NB: During AUTO mode operation, the automatic temperature protection of the heat pump is
activated to protect the operation during both heating and cooling modes. Please see the operation
manual to find out what the actual outdoor temperature operation limit of your model is. In case of
uncertainty, use only HEAT or COOL modes in order to avoid unwanted operational disruptions.
