4.17 Connection of the electronic scales 4.17 Connection of the electronic scales
The ECR is capable of communicating with maximum two electronic scales. Choose the scales type in the ECR service mode
and the ECR sets all the communication parameters automatically.
Connection procedure:
1) Turn the ECR off and disconnect the external power adapter.
2) Plug the scales into its respective connector.
3) Turn the ECR on.

The ECR is able to communicate with an electronic payment terminal. The communication parameters are to be specified in
the ECR service mode.
1) Turn the ECR off and disconnect the external power adapter.
2) Plug the electronic payment terminal into its respective connector.
3) Turn the ECR on.
