Air adjustment
Low Flame air adjustment (A).
Intervene on screw A in the picture:
• turning it anti-clockwise increases
the flow rate;
• turning it clockwise decreases
the flow rate.
High Flame air adjustment (B).
Intervene on screw B in the picture:
• turning it anti-clockwise increases
the flow rate;
• turning it anti-clockwise decreases
the flow rate.
The above adjustments are
basic
adjustments
. With these settings,
normally, the burner can be started up.
The adjustment must then be verified
using a combustion analyser.
It may be necessary to perform
corrections subject to the single plant.
Favourable combustion values can be
obtained by using the following nozzles:
DANFOSS H÷S 80°÷60°
DELAVAN W 60°
STEINEN S 60°
Adjusting the combustion head (B).
Intervene on the screw shown in the
picture:
• turn it using a hex spanner until it
reaches the desired value
(index from 0 to 5).
