Burner assembly
The burner is fixed to the attachment
flange and, consequently, to the boiler,
therefore the combustion chamber has
an airtight seal.
Assembly:
• Fix the attachment flange 3 to the
boiler using screws 4.
• Turn the burner slightly, introduce it
into the flange and fix it with screw 5.
Dismantling:
• Loosen screws 5.
• Turn the burner and detach it from
the flange.
Depth of assembly of the burner
nozzle and fire-resistant cladding
For generators without cooled front
wall, and in the absence of adverse
indications by the boiler manufacturer, it
is necessary to clad the relevant
surfaces with bricks or insulating
material as shown in the adjacent
diagram (5). The brick cladding must
not project beyond the front edge of the
nozzle and must end with a maximum
conical angle of 60°. The air gap (6)
must be filled with an elastic and non-
flammable insulating material.
Flue conduit
In order to prevent undesired noise, it is
preferable to avoid 90° couplings for
connecting the boiler to the chimney.
Light oil connection
The filter must be mounted so that it
guarantees proper guidance of the
hose. The hoses must not be bent.
