The equipment, in particular the cooling fan must be kept clean to ensure the long-term efficiency of the
cooler – the cooling fins must be cleaned occasionally to remove any dust.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRS
All repairs must be completed by trained service staff and organizations that are certified
for such tasks.
Before proceeding, depressurize the air tank to zero and disconnect the appliance from
the electrical mains.
Drying unit is not drying:

Low operating pressure - Decrease air demand,
check source performance,

Solenoid valve not working - Repair or replace valve

Air regeneration jet plugged - Clean or replace the jet

Use the proper size jet*

Cooling fan not working - Replace the fan

Timer error - Check timer settings or replace

White liquid leaking from chamber - Replace desiccant in dryer and lower panel

Replacing dryer desiccant/
- Reseal and check for proper seal,
- Use detergent to check o-rings and clamps
- Secure the correct mode of operation
Drying unit is noisy or emits an abnormal noise:

Defective solenoid valve - Replace the valve

Damaged damping material in the vessel - Replace damper or tank for condensate

Damaged pressure hose - Replace pressure hose
Once a fault is cleared and after reassembling the dryer, the dryer must be regenerated, best when
using continuous compressor operation at the switching pr 1 bar
for a period of at least 1
hour; then check the dryness of the compressed air.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the equipment without notice. Any
changes made will not affect the functional properties of the equipment.
