12. FIRST PUTTING INTO OPERATION
(Fig.7)
•
Check whether all fixation elements used during transport were removed.
•
Check due connection of pressurized air lines.
•
Check due connection to mains.
•
Start compressor at pressure switch (2) by turning switch (3) to position „I“.
Compressor – at first putting into operation, air chamber is pressurized to switching-off pressure and
compressor is automatically switched off. Later compressor works in automatic mode, according to the
consumption of pressurized air the compressor is either switched on or off by pressure switch.
Compressor with dryer – the appliance during its operation also takes out humidity from pressure tank via
air dryer and blows out via outlet at air dryer, this can be heard as noise of blowing out.
Compressor with condensation and filtration unit – during operation KJF-1 filters air, captures humidity
and automatically releases condensed liquid through the filter´s discharge valve.
Compressor is without emergency power supply .
OPERATING
In the case of danger, compressor disconnect from mains (pull out mains plug).
Compressor aggregate has hot surfaces.
There is a danger of scorching while contacting them.
During longer operation of compressor, temperature in box is increased over 40°C and
then cooling ventilator is automatically switched on. After cooling of the space under ca
32°C, ventilator is again switched off.
Automatic start. If pressure in pressure tank drops to switching pressure, compressor is
automatically switched on.
The compressor automatically switches off when the pressure
in the air nozzle reaches the cutoff pressure.
