Low pressure alarm at elevated compressed air demand.
SIGNALING
– low pressure alarm at
elevated compressed air demand. The
display flashes orange.
PRESSURE - current pressure in the system
The display automatically disappears once
the air pressure is above 3 bar.
The compressor supplies air to the
compressed air system as needed and
without restriction.
Medium priority alarm conditions

Air pump malfunction
The message on the display (FAULT) and
indicator P2-ALARM (17) indicate that the
aggregate is not running (a motor circuit
breaker (Q1 - Q6) is tripped due to current
overload). The display flashes red.
The other aggregates are working normally.
The screen disappears once the malfunction
is remedied and the motor circuit breaker is
manually placed back in the “ON” position.
The display for normal operation is shown.
The compressor only supplies compressed
air to the central line through the functional
aggregates.
All alarms are automatically recorded on an
SD card.
Alarm signals have priority over maintenance interval signals. As such, the light
will indicate an alarm from any of the aggregates.
All error signals are connected to controller output K3:Q3.2 and to terminals
X1:44 and X1:45 (in the control panel) as NON VOLT ALARM SIGNAL.
Data collection
Data is recorded on a micro SD card in a slot
in the base module. Malfunction and
operating event data is recorded on this card.
Information is saved in “.csv” formatted files.
The system sequentially saves data into 50
files, each of which may have up to 20,000
lines.
To copy data from the SD card, manually
remove the card and load the data using
Excel onto a PC or remotely via the Ethernet
network.
