4. Putting the compressor into
operation
1. Connect up the compressor as described above.
2. Insert the cigarette lighter plug in a matching 12V
cigarette lighter socket (e.g. in your car, caravan,
lorry, etc. / Figure 3).
3. The actual pressure is indicated by the check
pressure gauge.
4. To stop the compressor, pull the cigarette lighter
plug out of the socket.
5. Testing the air pressure
To use this function there is no need to connect up
the compressor.
Connect the quick-release valve to the item you want
to test as described in the section „Before putting the
compressor into operation“.
The air pressure is now indicated on the check
pressure gauge.
You should always use a calibrated pressure gauge
to check the pressure on parts where a wrong
pressure level could prove fatal, e.g. car tyres.
6. Ordering replacement parts
Please quote the following data when ordering
replacement parts:
Type of machine
Article number of the machine
Identification number of the machine
Replacement part number of the part required
For complete flexibility in the use of your car
compressor, i.e. independently of even your car,
caravan, lorry or similar, it is possible to operate the
compressor in combination with an Einhell Power
Station.
