Installing the emergency battery 

   CautION

Danger of explosion when using incorrect 
battery types 

 

in the event of using a battery not recommend-
ed by eHret, the liability and warranty obliga-
tions of eHret do not apply. 

  

only use the battery recommended by 
eHret, part no. 6406

NOtES

the emergency battery must be recognised by 
the drive to be functional. it can only be rec-
ognised when mains voltage is present. if the 
battery is connected without mains voltage ap-
plied, it will not function.
the battery becomes functional when the 
mains voltage has been re-applied at least once.
the battery may discharge during installation. 
it must then be recharged via the drive con-
nected to the mains voltage. this can take up 
to 24 hours.
