LED headlights (Fig. 15 & 16)
The LED headlights are located on the
front of the snow blower.
1. To turn on the headlights, press
the LED headlights switch. The
headlights provide bright light in
front of the snow blower.
2. To turn off the headlights, press the
LED headlights switch again.
NOTE:
There is no switch light to indicate whether the LED headlights are turned on or
off.
NOTE:
The LED headlights will turn off automatically when the snow blower is inactive
for 5 minutes to preserve the battery charge.
ADJUSTING THE CHUTE
The chute can be adjusted to change
both the direction and the distance of the
discharged snow to assist you in moving
snow away from one area and placing it
in another.
The
direction
of snow removal can be
adjusted up to 180° (Fig. 17).
1. Push the chute-rotation handle
forward to rotate the chute to the left.
2. Pull the chute-rotation handle
backward to rotate the chute to the
right.
The
throwing distance
of the snow
blower is determined in part by the incline
angle of the chute deflector (Fig. 18).
WARNING:
Do not adjust the chute deflector while the bail switch is engaged.
Always release the bail switch before adjusting the chute deflector.
