WARNING: This note of use must be supplemented by reading and observance of the norms, specified in the use and maintenance of
the machine.
ASSEMBLY OF SNOW BLADE: Remove the blade from the package and turn the support until it is perpendicular to the blade. (Fig. A)
take the spring (2) and insert it on the tilt lever (3) positioned as illustrated. (Fig. B-C) put the lever inside the two brackets on the blade
(4) making sure that the hook-shaped end of the spring is positioned as shown. Add the screw (5) with washer (6) and secure with other
washer and nut (7).
(Fig. D) Firmly pull the spring (2) until it engages the lever (3) as shown in the figure.
(Fig. E) Then complete the assembly of the accessories on the unit as follows : please insert the protection cover (part 8) and the spacer
(9) on the snow blade insertion pin (10). When the machine is switched off and in horizontal position, insert the pin (10) into the quick
connection seat (11). Then insert the spacer (12) and block the pin with the safety pin. (13).
INCLINATION ADJUSTING: The snow shovel has two positions of bank angle. To change position is to press with one hand on the
handlebars driving the machine to lift the accessories from the ground and with the other hand grasp the lever tilt (Fig. E - part. 17), lift
it so let the end part out (Fig. A - part. 1) from the seat. Rotate the lever until one of the two lateral slots (Fig. F) and lower it to position
it inside the slot (15).
BLADE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: (Fig. G), you can adjust the height of the blade by loosening the nuts (18). Move the slide (19) up or
down until you reach the desired height according to the working requirements. Then tighten the nuts (18) again/back.
SPRING FOR UNITS SPRINGS POSITIONING: (Fig. H) For greater safety it is recommended to lock the two springs of the machine
(20) to the “x” shaped spring of the blade (21).
MAINTENANCE: (Fig. E) After each use it is necessary to clean and grease the seat of the quick coupling device (11) and the control
sleeve using the suitable greaser (16).

d’emploi de la machine.
MONTAGE DE LA LAME A NEIGE : Enlever la lame de l’emballage et tourner le support jusqu’à la position perpendiculaire à la lame. (Fig
A). Prendre le ressort (2) et l’introduire sur le levier d’inclinaison (3) comme indiqué dans la figure. (Fig B-C) introduire le levier à l’intérieur
des 2 étriers sur la lame (4) et faire attention que l’extrémité du ressort à crochet soit dans la position indiqué sur la figure. Ajouter la vis
(5) avec rondelle (6) et bloquer avec l’autre rondelle et écrou (7).
(Fig. D). Tirer fort le ressort (2) pour l’accrocher au levier (3) comme indiqué sur la figure. (Fig. E) .
Compléter le montage de l’accessoire sur la machine comme suit : mettre le couvercle de protection (part 8) et l’entretoise (9) sur le pivot
à embrayage (10) de la lame à neige.
Quand la machine est arrêtée et en position horizontale, insérer le pivot (10) dans le système à connexion rapide (11), placer ensuite
l’entretoise (12) et bloquer le pivot avec une goupille de sécurité (13).
REGLAGE DE L’INCLINAISON : la lame è neige est équipée de 2 positions d’inclinaison latérale. Pour changer la position il faut appuyer
avec la main sur le guidon de la machine afin de soulever l’accessoire du sol et avec l’autre main empoigner le levier d’inclinaison (Fig
E – part 17), et le soulevé pour faire sortir l’extrémité (Fig A- part. 1) de son logement. Tourner le levier jusqu’à une des 2 fentes latérales
(Fig. F) et baisser le levier pour le positionner à l’intérieur de la fente (15).
REGLAGE HAUTEUR DE LA LAME (Fig. G). Il est possible de régler l’hauteur de la lame desserrant les écrous (18). Déplacer le patin
(19) en haut ou en bas pour arriver à l’hauteur souhaitée selon les exigences de travail. Ensuite serrer les écrous (18).
RESSORT POUR POSITIONNEMENT RESSORTS DE LA MACHINE : (Fig H). Pour plus de sûreté on conseille de accrocher les 2
ressort de la machine (20) au ressort à « X » de la lame (21).
ENTRETIEN : (Fig E). Apres chaque utilisation il faut nettoyer et graisser le logement de l’attelage rapide (11) et le manchon de réglage
avec les appropriés graisseurs (16).

MONTAŽA ODRIVNE DESKE: Vzemite odrivno desko iz embalaže in vrtite nosilec dokler ni pravokoten na desko. (Slika A) Vstavite
vzmet (2) v nagibni vzvod (3), kot je prikazano na sliki. (Slika B-C) Vstavite vzvod v dva nosilca na deski (4), pri tem pa poskrbite, da
je končni del vzmeti, ki je v obliki kljuke, postavljen tako, kot je prikazano na sliki. Dodajte vijak (5) in podložko (6) ter privijte in dobro
zatisnite z dodatno podložko in matico (7).
(Slika D) Močno potegnite za vzmet (2) in jo povežite z vzvodom (3), kot je prikazano na sliki.
(Slika E) Nato dokončajte namestitev dodatne opreme na napravo, kot sledi: namestite zaščitni pokrov (8) in distančnik (9) na zatič
odrivne deske (10). Ko je naprava izključena in v vodoravnem položaju, vstavite zatič (10) v ležišče hitre povezave (11). Nato vstavite
distančnik (12) in blokirajte vtič z varnostnim zatičem (13).
NASTAVITEV NAGIBA: Odrivna deska ima dva stranska nagibna položaja. Za spreminjanje nagiba je potrebno z roko pritisniti na krmilno
ročico, tako da je priključek rahlo dvignjen nad tlemi, z drugo roko pa je potrebno zagrabiti nagibni vzvod (Slika E – 17. del). Dvignite
vzvod, tako da se končni del (Slika A – 14. del) sname iz ležišča. Vzvod obračajte, dokler se ne približate eni od stranskih odprtin (Slika
F), nato spustite vzvod in ga vtaknite v odprtino (15).
NASTAVITEV VIŠINE REZILA: (Slika G) Višino rezila je mogoče nastaviti tako, da zrahljate matice (18). Premaknite drsnik (19) v eno ali
drugo smer, dokler ne dosežete ustrezne višine. Nato ponovno zatisnite matice (18).
VZMET ZA NAMESTITEV VZMETI NAPRAVE: (Slika H) Za potrebe večje varnosti je priporočljivo obe vzmeti naprave (20) povezati na
vzmet v obliki črke “x” na odrivni deski (21).
VZDRŽEVANJE: (Slika E) Po vsaki uporabi je potrebno očistiti in namastiti ležišče hitre povezave (11) in nastavitveni tulec, z uporabo
ustreznih masti (16).
