The procedures performed in the illustrations above can also be performed on 
an existing external battery bank. 

 

5.1.2 

RACK installation of the UPS (or the external battery bank) 

As long as the preparations for the installation are completed, the installation 
can begin. 

Step 1:

 

Install the guide rails correspondent to the device position in the 19” 

cabinet. Then lift the device into the cabinet and mount it on the guide rails.
