Securing the harness to your child

Tightening the shoulder belts

• Pull the harness adjusting belt as pictured in Diagram 1.

IMPORTANT

- for proper tightness, one finger (1cm) should fit

between the shoulder belts and the child’s shoulders.

IMPORTANT -

during the winter months, when you child has heavy

clothing layers, the shoulder pads should be removed to ensure

proper tightness. To remove the shoulder pads, see page 16

“Adjusting the shoulder belt height”.
