Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or jammed moving

parts, breakages and any other condition that might affect the power

tools operation. If it is  damaged, the power tool must be repaired.

Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.

Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting

tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to jam and are easier

to control.

Use the power tool, accessories and cutting tools etc. in accordance

with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions

and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations

different from intended could result in a hazardous situation.

5) SERVICE

Your power tool shoul be serviced by a qualiified specialist using only

standard spare parts. This will ensure that it meets the required safety

standards

SPECIAL SAFETY WARNINGS FOR AIR

PUMP

Inspect the Air Pump before use and do not use if any of the

components are broken, burnt, melted, wet or damaged

Check the tyre pressures before inflating so as not to exceed the

rated pressure as the tyres may burst if overinflated.

Do not use the Air Pump on high pressure tyres such as those used

on commercial vehicles, agricultural or specialist vehicles.

Do not kink or block the air hose while the Air Pump is working.

Keep the car engine running when using the Air Pump otherwise the

car battery will run out.

Know your Air Pump. Read operator’s manual carefully. Learn its

applications and limitations, as well as the specific potential

hazards related to this tool. Following this rule will reduce the risk

of electric shock, fire or serious injury.

Do not use the Tyre inflator when the vehicle is moving.

The Air Pump is not designed for continuous use. Operation over an

extended period of time will overhead and damage the Air Pump. It

should not be used continuously for more than 30 minutes. After 10

minutes, turn it off and let it cool for 15 minutes before resuming

operation.

Inspect unit for cracks, pin holes, or other imperfections that could

cause the Air Pump to become unsafe. Never cut or drill holes in

the Air Pump.

Make sure the hose is free of obstructions or snags. Entangled or

snarled hoses can cause loss of balance or footing and may become

damaged.

Use the Air Pump only for its intended use Do not alter or modify the

unit from the original design or function.

Always be aware that misuse or improper handling of this Air Pump

can cause injury to yourself and others.

Never leave a Air Pump unattended with the air hose attached to the

item being inflated.

Do not continue to use a Air Pump or hose that leaks air or does not

function properly.

Always disconnect the air supply and power supply before making

adjustments, servicing or when the unit is not in use.

Do not attempt to pull or carry the Air Pump by the hoses.

Always follow all safety rules recommended by the manufacturer.

Following this rule will reduce risk of serious personal injury.

Do not use as a breathing device.

Never direct a jet of compressed air toward people or animals. Take

care not to blow dust and dirt towards yourself or others. Following

this rule will reduce the risk of serious personal injury.

Protect your lungs. Wear a face or dust mask if the operation is

dusty. Following this rule will reduce the risk of serious personal

injury.

Do not use this unit to spray chemicals.

Check damaged parts. Before further use of the air pump, a guard or

other part that is damaged should be carefully checked to determine

that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check

for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, breaking

of parts, mounting and any other conditions that may affect its

operation.

Risk of Bursting. Carefully monitor objects during inflation.

To reduce the risk of over inflation, use a reliable pressure gauge

periodically during inflation. The pressure gauge on the air pump is

for reference only and is therefore not binding for exact values.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR

BATTERIES AND CHARGES

Use only batteries and charges applicable for this

machine.

1) BATTERIES

Never attempt to open for any reason.

Do not store in locations where the temperature may exceed 40ºC.

Charge only at ambient temperatures between 4ºC and 40ºC.

When disposing of batteries, follow the instructions given in the

section “Protecting the environment”.

Do not cause short circuits. If connection is made between the

positive (+) and negative (-) terminal directly or via accidental

contact with metallic objects, the battery is short circuited and an

intense current will flow causing heat generation which may lead to

casing rupture or fire.

Do not heat. If batteries are heated to above 100ºC, sealing and

insulating separators and other polymer components may be

damaged resulting in electrolyte leakage and/or internal short

circuiting leading to heat generation causing rupture or file.
