In Index mode or View mode, press
to search by keyword.
Enter the keyword of a desired name in
Chinese / English or select the name from
the browse list directly.
e.g. input “Amy”, a list of the nearest
records will be shown automatically.
Choose the desired record and press
to view the details.
Editing and Deleting Data
Please refer to the relevant part in Telephone
Directory.
Memorandum
This is
a very powerful function of keeping notes,
you can enter, edit, revise, delete or
request the record anytime. (Key-entry, Handwriting Recognition and Touch-and-go
operations are supported.)
Inputting Data
Go to the new mode and enter data.
Press
to save after entering data,
and press
to renew all data so as
to enter new data.
